MASK REPUBLIC - Oat Green Tea

It's has been maybe 15 days since we had greeted 2014. I'm getting excited but sometimes very bored in the middle of my holidays, nothing to do. Moreover, most of days has been filled by cloudy wheater sometimes cold out there and some other days were burning very hot. Unbalance weather makes my skin run very bad, flaky and dry everywhere.

Since it has been raining lately too and I bet there are many of you are lazy to do anything ( so do I ;p) I'll give you my new review about new product it's still very new and new for my blog post, but still it's skincare to boost up mood swings, then new haul for your skin, wider your knowledge :)

Let me introduce the brand new : MASK REPUBLIC

Sounds bit like NATURE REPUBLIC right ? But it's different, MASK REPUBLIC is origin from Indonesia not Korea. It's homemade facemask. All I know it's made from oatmeal as the main ingredient without any chemical put in these mask. So it's natural, and fit for my sensitive skin :)

There are 3 kind of MASK REPUBLIC product, cinnamon for acne prone skin, green tea for redness and I think it fits for acne prone too, and rosemary for brightening. I have 3 kinds of these mask and I choose to review MASK REPUBLIC - Oat Green Tea as the opening review ☺

Let's begin with description first :
(In Indonesian) "Kandungan Oatmeal dan Green Tea pada masker Oat Green Tea membantu merawat kulit dan membantu mengurangi peradangan dan kemerahan. Masker Oat Green Tea juga dapat meremajakan kulit karena khasiatnya yang dapat menghilangkan racun dari kulitmu yang hasilnya dapat membuat kulit bersih, lembut dan halus."

Packaging:
I love local product who tries using "recycle" concept to creates natural, and no artificial ingredients so the costumer will be sure it's natural, moreover I love this because it's simple enough but worth. It has square 15x10cm then it has sticker for the description. For the mask packaging itself, they use sealer plastic for the powder mask.

Texture:
Now I will tell you that it is powder mask so to use it you need add water to make them as face mask. As the powder itself it's more like microparticle powder and all I see it's not like green tea powder actually because it has ivory color maybe? Or is it because oat-green tea so the green tea color invisible because there are more oat ingredients in it? Hehehehe

Scent:
I love green tea, it's unique one and easy to smell for everybody. Since it's mixed with oatmeal you can feel the smell of wheat and green tea.

How do it works on me?
This last part always make me excited coz I couldn't wait to tell you about the result on me (>v<)

So this green tea mask did a very good job!

I use this green tea mask along with THE BODY SHOP Tea Tea Oil. First, I add adequate water in this mask and mixed it using fingers. You just need to be sure that the water mixed well and the mask become like porridge maybe? You could substitute water with rose water from Mustika Ratu to maximize the function and better smell :) But I'm just using water and add 2/3 drops of THE BODY SHOP Tea Tea Oil which gives mint sensation, fresh, and help to soothes acnes.

Just now I've been asking where is the green tea color? Yeah they visible after I gave them some water and the green tea particle appear :)

After 10 minutes using MASK REPUBLIC Oat Green Tea Mask you could clean up using clean water, All I can feel is my face is very smooth and smell like green tea, I love this ♥.♥  Then I could see that my face become clearer that before. This just need 10 minutes to take these effects. These effect last maybe for 1 day, if you do this frequently maybe it will last more than 1 day.

So I'm satisfied with MASK REPUBLIC Oat Green Tea Mask, I have all variants green tea, rose mary,and cinnamon but choose Oat Green Tea Mask as the best for me, maybe it will be different for you. I promise I'll give you review about the others 2 :)

I can't show you a lot of difference between before and after on my face, I think this green tea gives internal effect that smoothen my face. Since there's no redness on my face so I show you whether it relieves redness or not, but it sure do lot smoothen and clearer face. This effect has difference for each other on me it smoothen lot, so you should try it on yourself to see the effect !! I believe green tea has sebum control but It doesn't dry my skin too :)

I GOT NAKED 3 !! From URBAN DECAY

Hello Everyone! It's nice to meet you in the beginning of year! Yeah 2014 it's come to us now, that's means everything is new and I hope we could improve day by day in the 2014 ^^

So I'll begin by most anticipated product that everyone would love, It's URBAN DECAY Naked 3 Eyeshadow palette. It's my very first Urban Decay eyeshadow palette, I haven't buy the previous edition. Many people said that the first Naked (Naked I) is the basic of eyeshadow, then the second is more likely to smokey looks, and Naked III is supposed to be elegant looks.

Naked 3 has been released in UK 16 December and like all the palettes the hype and the exctitement is building fast in beauty community :)

Let's get started with description first! :)
This is from the urban decay : "Get ready to experimet with 12 TOTALLY NEW (and insanely beautiful) rose-hued neutrals, ALL EXCLUSIVE to this set. Choose from every finish imaginable: ultra-smooth mattes, gorgeous pearls and glimmering metallics. From the pallest, shimmery pink to deepest blackheart matte with red micro-glitter (aptly named Blackheart). These neutrals will make you want to get Naked all over again."

Packaging:
There's nothing new in packaging of Naked 3, they still stuck on thin and long pallete container. With wavy style on the opener, Naked 3 designed has little different with the previous one. Naked 3 has rose gold color for the packaging. It has large flat mirror and two sided brush in brush compartment.

Shades:
There are 12 shades ( I love neutrals ♥ )

1. Strange
This should be a basic of eyeshadows, it has matte-beige color. It's pale color, neutral-to-warm with a satin matte finish. Really good color as base, and the texture was soft.

2. Dust
Glittery pinkish-peach.Described as "pale metallic pink shimmer with irisdencent micro-glitter." Very shimmery and you only need to dab gently on your eyes if you don't want the glitter fall over on your eyes.

3. Burnout
"Light-pinky-peach-satin". It's a rosy medium peach with pearly finish. Not powdery at all, just smooth and soft.

4. Limit
" light dust pink matte" It had nice pigmentation, easy to blend, smooth , and slightly powder.

5. Buzz
" metallic rose shimmer with silver-micro-glitter" not powdery, smooth, elegant. It's very elegant and warm color.

6. Trick
It's medium copper with brownish tones and a gold sparkles over frost finish. Described as "light metallic pinky copper shimmer with tonal micro sparkles". Had very good pigmentation.

7. Nooner
"Medium pinky brown matte". It's medium dark with matte finish. Very lightly powdery and easy to blend!

8. Liar
" medium metallic mauve shimmer" almost metallic finish, really pigmented, it's medium brown with subtles warm undertones.

9. Factory 
"Pinky-brown satin." Medium dark brown with reddish undertones and bit grayish color.

10. Mugshot
"Metallic taupe shimmer with slight pink shift" has silver micro-glitters. Medium-dark color type.

11. Darkside
Like it's name, "deep taupe-mauve satin. cool toned, easy to blend on lid, soft texture.

12. Blackheart
"smooky black matte with red rosy micro-sparkle. the darkest color on palette, it's deep, blackened burgundy with warm, reddish brown undertones and ruby red micro-shimmer.

My Opinion:
I'm a newbie for palette eyeshadow's world ;p so I don't know much about the comparison with the other palette like "Too Faced", "MAC" and so on ( if you know just tell me right away!). Of course I love this palette, it's very special dan running out someone's cash flow ;p but overall as long as the result is good, it's called 'worth it' right?

The free two-sided brush is good too, they give small brush and blending brush. The texture of the brushes are firm but still soft. It's nice they give compartment space for brush, so it's easy to carry on!

For the other free samples, they give eyeshadow primer portion : original ( to keep color in place, the simplest), Eden ( nude and matte formula preps lids and prevent shadow meltdown), sin ( shimmering formula prevents fading and creasing), and Anti-aging (makes shadow last and improvement formula for fine lines and wrinkles).

INNISFREE Wine Peeling Jelly Softener

MERRY-MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE ^^

I'm everyday ma-ke-up person, not heavy one but I do basic makeup everyday. Do you know that using makeup everyday will make your make your skin dull faster than normally. So, being a makeup person should know that you must have great skincare to exfoliate your dead skin cell to remove dirt from face.

As a INNISFREE's junkie as always, I bought a great solution to keep my face soft, bright and clear. I bought INNISFREE Wine Peeling, why? I avoid to using scrubs because I have sensitive skin type and I don't want to irritate my skin because of too much using scrubs ( I just using scrubs sometimes). So, picked my favourite brand and bought peeling is the best way ( I think hehehehe).

Okay let's start with description first ;)

Description from INNISFREE:

This Hypoallegenic hydrating peeling softener creates a clear and smooth jelly - like skin as it is exfoliates dead skin cells and provides moisture with wine.

How about the packaging ?
I think INNISFREE is creative enough to create a bottle of peeling like it's name "wine peeling". They use a thick plastic bottle, this is a thick bottle so you don't have to worry it will brake if it fall. For the bottle's color it's dark enough like a grape. From far I think people might think it's a miniature of wine bottle. To open the bottle, you have to rotate the opener. INNISFREE create it with open display, you know without a box.

Texture
some bloggers wrote the old version is more watery than mine (mine is newer one). But I think, this is more like watery lotion with little scrub grains. Those scrubs grains will help you to remove your dead skin cell. You need to rub it on your face using cotton or hands.

Scent
Like it's name, this product smells like wine ( yeah of course it's contains wine). It's kinda strong scent, but I like it.

How do it works on me?
At first, I bought this wine peeling without read the review from internet (usually, I read some review first) but it's too late I was fall in love with all INNISFREE's product, so I bougt this peeling without any consideration ;p

Anddd.. I'm not disappoint at with Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener. I just need 3 minutes to remove all the dead skin cell and then voila! Not just the dead skin cell gone but I gained brighter face, smoother like a baby, lighter and moisture. It will lasted 2-3 days after used the wine peeling.

I love INNISFREE so much! mostly, they don't use ingredients like : paraben, mineral oil, artificial coloring and animals ingredients.

KERASTASE Elixir K Ultime For Damaged Hair

It has been 1 year since my hair is started to fall and fall out on the floor, at first it fell when I hair dryed it but I didn't expect that it would fall too much on my daily hours..Then I started to find some solution of my problem. At first, I started not to dryed my hair with too hot temperature and it works! But what I couldn't solved is my brittle hair, it annoyed my as much as bad falling hair.

Because I am a Kerastase's shampoo addict, I try to buy their another product too like serum. The shop keeper suggest me using KERASTASE Elixir K Ultime, an oil serum that smoothen your hair and make your brittle hair stronger of course :)

This oil serum will replenishing and beautifying your hair. By the combination od the Oleo-complexe - camelia, argan, maizem pracaxi oils - with moringga immortel oil I believe enough Kerastase using very good combination of their product ( They using very expensive ingredients for this).

How About the packaging?
For my opinion the packaging is too simple, they just using green metalic thick box. Yeah it's very simple, then the serum itself is designed to be a pump bottle. This is just a very good bottle, thick enough so it won't be broke even I put it in my baggage with full of the other stuff.

Texture?
It's an oil serum and of course it would be oily when you dab in on palm, but the good point is even though this is an oil serum but I doesnt't sticky at all.

How do it works on me?

After all this serum helps me a lot, I can feel my hair smoothen and doesn't frizzy :) I just have been using it for 2 weeks, maybe I couldn't tell you the diffrence a lot about the hairfall, but still this serum works on my damaged and brittle hair. One another thing why I love this serum is, It can be applied on wet or dry hair. If you applied it on wet hair, it can make dry faster and gives shine, I am not a blow drying style addict, I'm just blow my hair then it's done! so I think it could do better on you who love hair styling. Usually, I use this serum with just 1 - 1.5 pump because I have thick hair.
